Meaningful Connectivity in Brazilian Communities

This report presents the main results found in the interview phase of the “Meaningful connectivity among marginalised communities in Brazil” project, a decisive step for mapping the problems faced by the communities involved and which guided the planning of the training proposed as the second phase of the project. The most recurrent challenges to digital inclusion expressed by the communities in the interviews are reported, in an aggregated and structured way, in the Results section. The phases of carrying out the interviews are also described in the Methodology section. At the end, notes and conclusions are presented.
