Master’s in Human Rights and Development of Justice from the Universidade Federal de Rondônia (UNIR). Bachelor’s in Law from Faculdade Interamericana de Porto Velho. Specialist in Digital Rights and practicing attorney. Alumni of the Internet Governance School (EGI 2023) and Youth representative of the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br) in 2023. Research interests include human rights, childhood and youth, sexuality, race and gender, the relationship between technology and human rights education, and technology in the Amazon region.
