Full Scholarship Researcher Level II and Project Leader at the Reference Institute on Internet and Society (IRIS). PhD candidate in Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). Master’s in Human Rights and Justice Development from the Federal University of Rondônia (UNIR). Law graduate from Faculdade Interamericana de Porto Velho. Specialist in Digital Rights. Lawyer. Alumni of the Internet Governance School (EGI 2023). Youth of the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br 2023). Research interests include: human rights, childhood and youth, sexuality, race and gender, the relationship between technology and human rights education, and technology in the Amazon region.

Personal curiosity: My curiosity and pride is that I am one of the people with the greatest ability to balance agendas that you will ever meet! Seriously, I manage to reconcile the many things that make up who I am — besides being a researcher, I am also the director of an organization, a PhD candidate, and on top of all that, I am also an artist (with two films released in 2025).
