Researcher at IRIS and attorney specializing in digital rights. Master’s in Human Rights and Law graduate from the Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR). Member of the Internet Society Brazil Chapter, where she represented the organization in the Interministerial Working Group on the National Digital Inclusion Plan and co-coordinates the Meaningful Connectivity Working Group. Alumni of the CGI.br Youth Program (2023) and facilitator of its 2026 edition. Her work spans meaningful connectivity, community internet networks, digital inclusion policy, digital rights, and gender perspectives in technology.
