PhD and Master’s in Criminal Sciences from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), with a sandwich doctorate period at the University of Ottawa. Bachelor’s in Law from PUCRS and in Social Sciences from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), with a study period at SciencePo Rennes, France. Alumni of the Internet Governance School (EGI 2023) and Co-coordinator of the ISOC Brasil Cryptography Working Group. Her work covers public security, surveillance, digital rights, and gender and race perspectives.
