Luiza Correa de Magalhães Dutra: PhD and Master’s candidate in Criminal Sciences at PUCRS, with a doctoral fellowship at the University of Ottawa, Canada, with a CAPES-Print grant. She was also a visiting researcher at the University of Ottawa, Canada, with an ELAP (Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program) scholarship. She specializes in Public Security, Citizenship, and Diversity (UFRGS). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (PUCRS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (UFRGS), with a scholarship at Science-Po Rennes, France. She is a researcher, professor, and activist in the field of digital rights and public security.
