Project Coordinator at IRIS. Rafaela holds a Master’s degree in Regulatory Law from FGV Direito Rio, and is an attorney and Law graduate from UFBA, with an exchange period at PUC Chile. She is also a fellow of the 17th European Summer School on Internet Governance (EuroSSIG). Over eight years, her research trajectory in technology regulation and public policy combines diverse experiences, including at the Research Training and Mentorship Program of the Center for Analysis of Freedom and Authoritarianism (LAUT) and the Milton Santos Scholarship Program at UFBA. Her commitment to science communication has led to collaborations with major journalism outlets, including Estadão, Nexo Jornal, and Núcleo Jornalismo
