Strategic Advisory Committee
We recognize the importance of a Strategic Advisory Committee in broadening perspectives and guiding the institute’s strategic decisions. This consultative body was established grounded in the institutional values of cooperation, prudence, and appreciation of diverse knowledge.
More than just a governance space, the committee brings together voices committed to advancing human rights in the digital sphere, strengthening IRIS’s role as a key reference in this field. The selection of its members was guided by their backgrounds, expertise, and dedication to the cause.
We are honored to have Oona Castro, Sonia Jorge, and Wesley Matheus de Oliveira as part of the IRIS Strategic Advisory Committee for a two-year term, from February 2025 to February 2027. Their extensive experience in research, public policy, and digital governance adds strategic value to our mission.
