IRIS contributions to ANPD Subsidies Collection: Regulatory Project on the Processing of Children and Adolescents Personal Data

IRIS’ contributions stem particularly from empirical data and reflective analyses developed during the research “Information Security and Protection of Children and Adolescents: Discourses and Regulatory Proposals in MERCOSUR”. Based on interviews and research into legal standards, the debates on combating online sexual violence in encrypted environments were analyzed from the perspective of the Global South, going beyond the polarization between technological security and the protection of children and adolescents.
