Vaza, Stalker! Protecting Women from Digital Surveillance

Digital surveillance and gender-based violence are increasingly interconnected, especially with the use of spyware for monitoring and control. Vaza, Stalker! (Get out, stalker!) investigates how popular apps among women can become gateways for such threats, exposing sensitive data to potential abuse.

Our goal is to:

  • Map vulnerabilities that enable spyware installation.
  • Analyze app data processing and risks.
  • Develop security protocols and best practices.
  • Strengthen networks defending women’s rights online and offline.

By identifying risks and providing strategic recommendations, Vaza, Stalker! empowers women to protect their data and advocates for stronger digital security policies.
