Researcher at IRIS, she holds a degree in Social Sciences from UNESP and a master’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from UFRJ. Her academic focus is digital anthropology. She represents IRIS on the Access Working Group of the Rights on the Internet Coalition (CDR) and on the Interministerial Working Group for the Development of the National Digital Inclusion Plan (PNID). She serves on the Internet Society Brazil Chapter’s Intermediary Liability Working Group (ISOC Brasil) and the Digital Studies Laboratory (LED/IFCS). She is an alumni of the University of Chile’s Winter School on Internet Governance and Foreign Relations and the Internet Steering Committee’s Youth Program (CGI.br), and was one of 10 young women selected to represent Brazil at the UN Internet Governance Forum in Kyoto (2023).
