Graduating in International Relations at the State University of Paraíba. He works as an researcher at the Institute of Research on Internet and Society (IRIS). LACNIC Policy Fellows Program Scholarship (2022). Participant of the IGF Youth Ambassador Program (2022) promoted by ISOC. He was a fellow at the South School on Internet Governance (Argentina, 2020). He also acted as an International Researcher on Rural Connectivity and Digital Inclusion for LACNIC in 2020, acting as Leader 2.0 in Latin America and the Caribbean.
